Returns
You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Perishable goods (like fresh produce) and personal care items (like cosmetics or hair products) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless faulty

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation)
How to Start a Return

Once we receive your request, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return:

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

A clear photo of the item and packaging

A description of the issue
We’ll sort it out quickly with a replacement or full refund.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Perishable items (e.g. fresh food, fruits, vegetables)

Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded unless faulty)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@ojukwu-afroshop.com
and send your item to: Address: Ellerstraße 163, 40227 Düsseldorf.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Address: Ellerstraße 163, 40227 Düsseldorf.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
